What documents do I need to submit to receive payment?

  • DFL Invoice or DFL Rate Confirmation

  • Signed Bill of Lading (BOL) – must be clear and legible

  • Lumper Receipts (if applicable) – should include amount, date, and service details

  • Scale Tickets (if applicable) – for freight weight verification

  • Any Other Load-Related Documents – such as fuel receipts, toll slips, detention time paperwork, etc.

There are 3 electronic paperwork submission methods:

  • Utilization of Truckstop scanning at any supporting location. Email dflinfo@gmail.com to request our Broker ID cover page.
  • TRANSFLO desktop or mobile app.
